If you have reported outages in the past with similar symptoms ensure the agent picks that up. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Partial fibre lines can be unstable so that issues like bad weather can cause the connection to fail. Openreach usexautomatic systems to stabilise the connection by making small changes which lower the speed in steps which usually works but where it doesnt they should send an engineer to check the line. Sometimes simply tightening a joint sorts the issue. However given the limited life of partial fibre they are reluctant to do much more.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Full fibre is far more reliable but faults can still happen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
