      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. You don't receive advance notification of this from Sky or Openreach. Hopefully it'll be back up and running before 7am.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Running the service checker in the My Sky app overca mobile connection will tell you if Sky arexaware of a fault local to you. If it doesnt call Sky to report the issue so it can be checked out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Phoned sky and recorded message says been known problem in area and now fixed, but technical team will look into it and respond within 3 days &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt; been dropping out since 7am, and working from home, fingers crossed it's hopefully fixed now. Strange seems to be affecting all areas and no outages reported.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
