    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why did I switch to Full Fiber? Intermittent connection issues and very questionable speed.&lt;BR /&gt;Today (4am) I have no internet I run the SKY check and it states no issues. All is well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in my mind&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;SKY connection/speed check tools are bogus; suggest or say all is good but in reality internet is down or speed is slow.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4540377"&gt;@Gjoseph&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the test is not bogus it is just badly designed as it cannot detect line loss for up to an hour after it happens. However loss of connection between midnight and 6am is often down to maintenance work so the connection could well be back by now. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is not back and the online servicecchecker is not reporting Sky are aware of the loss of connection call them to report the issue. It is worth checking the lights on both the hub and the ONT unit as these help,diagnose the problem. For example a red LOS light indicates a failure in the fibre connection etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
