Hi

the tv is connected to the WiFi but as the only device on the house using the WiFi it shouldn't be experiencing buffering issues. It's not connected by a cable and I was assured when I paid for the WiFi that it could handle a house of up to 4 adults working g from home yet I can't even stream Spotify

I am streaming Spotify through my tv and it is buffering longer than it is playing. I have tested the broadband and WiFi it says it's fine. It costs far too much money to not work

Wired may be just a better option, streaming can be also at the other server end not giving you what is needed!
