I recently upgraded my sky broadband. Was told I could get up to 3 free Boosters. I need to be sent one as my boy still can't get signal in his room

If you have the max add on your account then go to the bottom of this page to get in touch with Sky about this:

@TraPink As long as you are paying for the sky Max subscription addon to your package to allow booster's, but you have to call sky to get the first one also, there is no other way to do it. Dial 150 from your connected landline or a sky mobile will get you to sky Customer Service, they will run some test's and checks with you to see! Info is linked below if you need that!
