If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

I have sky max how do I get the pods??

@loopylad13 Having a sky Max hub does not give it to you as a automatic, do you have the additional sky Max subscription addon as well as the Hub? That cost is an additional £10/month on your bill, if you do then call sky and start your request with them!
