I changed the router with the booster you guys sent me and the internet is even slower so what is has been before ! At this point is a joke with what I have to deal with everyday

@Romina2 you sre not talking to Sky by posting in the forum if you want their help call them. However one of the most common issue with WiFi boosters/extenders is placing them in the wrong place. As these units need a strong connection back to the hub try them no more than halfway between the hub and where you need the boost. Hallways and landings are often good places to try.

If you cannot get decent coverage call Sky to arrangecfor an enginerr to visit who can agree to up to 2 more extendrers as part of tge WiFi Max bundle. However some properties are really difficult so if your home has solid internal walls you msy need to consider third party options.
