how can i know if my extender max pod is working, i cant even see if it on, i have no lights showing, only light i see is when i switch it on green then blue then it flashe once white then nothing, its like its not switched no lights showing, then when i test my WIFI on my pc i cant see where the extender is working it dont show on my sky checker, any ideas ??

@Kevin116 No light is the good light for that extender pod, and your MySky app is the be all and end all for showing what is going on with it!

@Kevin116 If you need your PC to show you were you are connected to, then wi-fi analyzer software is what you will require, and also a note of the pod mac address / Sky Max Hub mac address so you see what it is connected too! Label's on each will show you what is what!

@Kevin116 Windows store, i use the matt hafner wifi Analyzer software, but do have the paid version not that much to get that as i need to see and define what/where and when it is attaching to which unit! No doubt there are others that are free. If you wish to have a read link to his site is below!
