Thanks both. Unfortunately in there lies the problem. These teams are unable to help and in my experience (continued since OP) resort to blind-transferring the call to a colleague who is also unable to help.

its clear on the NOw broadband website that they cannot support queries related to broadband powered by Sky, however Sky support insist Now are the only ones that can resolve the issue. #rock&ahardplace

Hi, I'm having an absolute nightmare with a new NOW broadband powered by sky set up.

there appears to be an issue with the junction box (openreach remit) and so I've never received the service.

trying to get help seems impossible with just about every team I speak to either blind transferring me somewhere else or terminating the call on me (I've read online sky call centres hanging up on customers is common practice).

does anyone have NOW broadband powered by sky and if so, are you aware of a complaints email address?

Thanks for that. It's not quite the case though. The teams can access both accounts, it was explained to me today that they sit on the same CRM. After further attempts today following my earlier reply, the complaints team have closed my account and are issuing a refund.
