I have never had issues with my internet but over the past 6 months it's been getting progressively worse. The last two weeks I have had to turn the wifi off on my phone and use 5G because it is so bad! We have to restart the router everytime we want to watch tv and still get buffering every minute or so. My partner cannot even think about playing on his PlayStation because nothing loads! However the checker says my broadband is great and my wifi is good. I've gone through all of your tips and tricks but need help. I pay a lot for my broadband and I am not getting a decent service at all! Please help me.
