The speeds we are receiving are 175mbs, well below the 600 guarantee. We raised this issue on Friday and was told that our router wasn't compatible with the gigafast and they would send out a sky max router free of charge. The router has came and it is the same one we had previous sky hub 2.4. We have changed it over with our old one and are still receiving 175mbs. The speed is all down to the device and also what is happening on the Network at that particular time.
