      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4536422"&gt;@Ammad1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;unless you sre referring to a Sky hub as opposed to any extender pod thst is not normal and implies a serious fault and tge hub nedds replacing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;However the extender pods shich can come with the WiFi Max psckage show no lights when connected and powered. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have the white hubs there is a setting which should enable your TV to connect. Sign into the My Sky app find the hub's advanced settings in the product options area and choose WiFi Security and change the setting to WPA2 as the default WPA3-T can stop some TVs from connecting.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
