&lt;P&gt;Probably disruption to the external optical fibre.&amp;nbsp; You'll need to log the issue with Sky for attention by the network maintainer from Monday onwards: presumably there's going to be a fairly substantial demand for such support with consently increased waiting times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
