&lt;P&gt;Moving from a copper circuit to an optical fibre connection requires a minimum of an entry point for the new cable and a wall-mounted ONT (optical network terminal) within the property: this is typically on the inside of an external wall rather than deeper within the fabric of the building.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
