    <description>&lt;P&gt;Power down reset as a starting point, power off your router for a few minutes and see if that helps, if you have all green lights on the router then it may have locked up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you can't connect to the router you won't be able to do an online check. If you have a Laptop with an ethernet connection, connector connect direct to one of the LAN ports on the back of the router. See if that works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Finally, you could try a full rest on your router, press and hold the small reset button in on the back of the router until all the lights go off and the power light blinks red, then give it ten minutes or so to reboot and reprovision your service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After that you would need to phone Sky,&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>No internet conection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The modem is on with all green lights but still not giving us internet connection on our tv and I phones. The green lights on the router used to flicker but they r idle. Our devices show that we r connected to WiFi but comes up with no internet connection sign.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
