&lt;P&gt;Yesterday's storm will have caused havoc in thecareas worse affected so that may explain the missed appointment. You can check online by looking innthe My Orders section of the My Sky app or website. Calling Sky is going to be a total pain as tge bad weather will,have caused loads of issues..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
