@William133 What does the sky service checker show to your hub for the daily speed check, broadband and > to see that 30 day's off history!

History on checker via the app

theres is no daily history for download speedd

upload speed average is 100mb/s

however when i use a app not connected to or not via the sky app these are the figures shown, they don't match skys numbers

@William133 Service checker shows the speed to the Hub, not (( download or upload )), just the speed, it also confirms what you have, my screen showed Sky Full Fibre 500 as the package, speed to the hub was 491Mb/s with an average at 468Mb/s and then all the varying daily rates! Just ran a speedtest.net on a wireless wi-fi connected laptop linked below.
