topic Neighbours in Broadband

Hi

This is going to sound bizarre. We currently have a lot of problems with our sky broadband. Its not up or down load speeds and its not sky. Its our neighbours broadband. They used to be in the police and 1 of them worked from home ( office job). They have an all singing and dancing internet. They also have a guy who is in the police who used to deal with the police broadband connectivity etc in the area. He visits their house every now and then presumably to do work on their wifi. Every time we have problems with our it seems to have something to do with their broadband. We have problems connecting the 2 cameras we have ( think this is an issue) and our printers. We are sure there is some interference between the 2.

My question is how do I find out whats going on from my end

Is it possible they are interferring with our wifi.

We are now convinced something is wrong.

Thanks for any help.

Have a read of this especially the bit and the broadcasting channel and what to do to change it:
