      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4534065"&gt;@Shaney3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;The OR Openreach ONT on the wall, LOS Loss of Signal indicates that from the ONT unit to the Exchange the Fibre has no light, that can be anything at all, run the link below to see!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby if &lt;STRONG&gt;enough time has passed&lt;/STRONG&gt; for a fault condition to displayed by the software test!
