No Internet in some websites

The Wi-Fis mostly fine however it doesn't work for specfic websites/games such as discord, Snapchat, Roblox, League but for basic things such as Youtube, Google it works fine.

It is like this for all devices connected to the network such as my iphone, laptop, computer but for my other phone which is a redmi, everything works perfectly fine.

We also had an engineer come check it however he said he found no problems and believes it is a problem with the router itself and said I'd have to relace it, I'd like to know if it could be any other problems and if not how would I get a new router from Sky

@qin as a first strp check the setting of Sky Broadband Shield see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-start as that can block sites if set to a too restrictive kevel.

Wow thanks that fixed it I believe, however how come everything was working for my redmi phone, shouldn't the shield affect all devices

@qin thecshield works by intercepting DNS calls so if devices are not sending those calls such as when using a VPN it cant filter the traffic.
