      <description>Hi my xbox series x doesnt work connected to ethernet iv had 2 series x and 2 series s both x's haven't worked on ethernet but does on WiFi the series s both work on ethernet and WiFi i need a stable line on the series x's. Has anyone had this before if so how do I fix it having so many problems with sky for the past year or so.</description>

&lt;P&gt;When you have had the Series S working on ethernet, have you used the same ethernet cable &amp;amp; connection point for the Series X and it hasnt worked? Or are you using different cables &amp;amp; connection methods?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
