topic Wi-Fi problem in Broadband

The Wi-Fi keeps dropping out on my iPhone. I'm constantly having to go to settings to reconnect it. It does it on my iPad as well but not nearly so often, when I go to check the router all the lights are on green. I was in the middle of a transaction on Saturday when everything froze, it had gone down again and this was on my iPad. I'm getting really fed up with the situation. I've got my router in a very open position as high as I can get it but I'm limited to where I can put it as I can't move the phone line. I've just signed up for a new contract when my present contract ends on December 8th and I'm wondering if I've done the right thing. Please will you look into this for me. I've done a check online and it does say that there is a problem with one of my devices.

Sue Stevenson

What device does it say there is a problem with and have you tried a reboot of both your iPad and iphones recently ?
