What package do you have with Sky? What WiFi speeds do you usually see as 120-150mbps is a good speed and is well above any guarantees Sky make.

@StefanGheorghe it isunrealistic to expect speeds over 400Mb/s over WiFi throughout most homes unless you buy a very high spec wifi system. If restarting the hub improved speeds it implies that you have significant interference from your neighbours' networks restarting the hub causes it find the least coongested wifi channels but in time the other networks will do the same so do not be too surprised if speeds start to drop. Almost no apps can use 400Mb/s so improving wifi spedds may make litlle difference in practice especially on a phone apart from downloading very large files.

A wifi 7 system could help as it can use frequencies which are less crowded but devices also need to support WiFi7 and unless you are buying the Gigafast+ service Sky wont supply a wifi7 hub.
