Depending on which type you have I found leaving the Hive unit plugged in fir a few hours can help. Hive support have provided some incredibly questionable advice going by what other customers have posted but they are worth calling.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However my own Hive hub works correctly with no changes to my Sky hub so it can work. As a general suggestion keep the Hive hub a few feet from your Sky hub as these two can interfere one with the other as Hive uses a non-WiFi radio system called Zigbee to communicate with its devices but they both use the same 2.4GHz frequency band.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
