You can check the speed to the hub by running the service checker in the My Sky app &amp;nbsp;as Sky tests thst daily. Run the network test in the Get Help menu of yhe Netflix app to see thecspeed the streaming device is getting. You need at least a steady 25Mb/s if streaming in UHD. If you are not seeing that and assuming there are not other users in your home using the bandwidth when you are trying to watch TV &amp;nbsp;you need to improve the WiFi signal. Or use an Ethernet cable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
