    <description>&lt;P&gt;Lights on hub all green as they should be even when internet access has been lost on device. Have reset the hub but problem still returned, could it be a faulty sky broadband hub or are there any settings that may correct it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hub seems to be losing internet connection regularly, sometimes every few minutes sometimes can be 10-15 mins between loss.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;internet always comes back and generally only takes a minute or two to return?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
