    <description>&lt;P&gt;There seems to be an issue with sky internet dropping today, I rang them at about 6pm they weren't aware of the issue as no one had rung in. The person I spoke to has escalated it to the service team and included that lots of users have posted on here about the same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Fingers crossed they get it sorted tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sky normally quote 2 WORKING DAYS as a potential fix time. This is the service level agreement in the UK between ISPs and Openreach for fixing a fault as Openreach claim to be successful within that timeframe in about 85+% of cases.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
