If the 5 Ghz has auto channelled up high there is nothing that can be done about that apart from a switch off leave 5 mins and it may channel down.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Very poor signal basically cuts off every a few minutes it's been like that since installed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;don't know what to do with it to make it work better&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;paying more money for better WiFi and get much worse than used to be&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surfsce then the only answer is additional wifi sources.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I mean staying next to the router get a horrible signal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought a new router which was supposed to be very strong WiFi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and it's not it's rubbish&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think I pay almost £80 a month to v and broadband and get a rubbish service from you guys&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
