topic Full Fibre 150 in Broadband

I had full fibre installed this year and my internet has gotten worse. I test it and it says "Good" and I've followed the advice about where to place it but it constantly dips and disconnects for a few seconds and then reconnects. I feel it's not doing it long enough to register with Sky that it's dipped so I can claim a refund under speed guarantee but long enough to frustrate the heck out of me and my nephew when gaming! I swear my connection was better before I went full fibre - what is this all about?

@Stella0815 do the hub's leds change when you lose connection? If they do you have a line issuewhich nedds sorting by Sky. However it is quite likely they dont and your issue is dodgy wifi connection between hour devices and the hub. The white Sky hubs seem particularly prone to thisif you got one of tgese hubs when you switched to fibre and bought Sky's wifi max package ask for an extender.

Personally I dont use Sky's wifi but instead bought a 3 unit wifi access point system of my own.

Thank you - it is the white sky hub and the lights don't change, no .... So I'll ring to see what package I'm on and ask for an extender. Thanks again,
