    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help us please? &amp;nbsp;We have received a new SR203 which is giving us no more than 7mb speed.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2239273"&gt;@kas287&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;there is a line fault restricting your incoming speeds this is indicated by the noise margin of 16.6dB that should be between 3dB and 6dB &amp;nbsp;. If you run the service checker in the My Sky app it should offer to book an engineer to check the line if it doesnt call Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I stupidly tried to upgrade to FF last week and due to an engineer visit that hasn't been closed off, Sky can't help me! &amp;nbsp;Thanks for your help but I think it's time to switch out as the speeds are just too low to even watch TV now!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
