      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi connection&amp;nbsp; us very weak and slow&amp;nbsp; upstairs and some areas&amp;nbsp; down stairs not happy&amp;nbsp; as did request booster upstairs . Signal no good children&amp;nbsp; not happy with weak broadband&amp;nbsp; signal very slow so please help me or I will have to go to another&amp;nbsp; provider who can satisfy our needs please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Very weak&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp; slow&amp;nbsp; broadband&amp;nbsp; signal . Even when testing showing its strong but it's not good as I did request&amp;nbsp; a booster&amp;nbsp; upstairs&amp;nbsp; and in kitchen but not getting&amp;nbsp; any benefit and children&amp;nbsp; not happy&amp;nbsp; with&amp;nbsp; slow broadband&amp;nbsp; wifi signal and keep telling&amp;nbsp; me to call or change&amp;nbsp; supplier.&amp;nbsp; What help if any can you provide&amp;nbsp; to resolve&amp;nbsp; thus issue please??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
