    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why does Sky make it impossible to send a formal email compliant about General Service by not providing it as a topic throughout the complaints process? I believe they don't really want to know about customer care issues or what's going on in customer land.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can somebody let me have a suitable address that will get read.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is nothing for service and knowing Sky if it is about service and it goes to another category it will give them trhe excuse to ignore it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I have sent in my complaint to an expert albeit a shortened version as they only allow 4000 chars.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
