For a week now my broadband has been dropping off about 20 times a day. It comes back after about 2 mins. I have no internet then and it affects my sky connection on my TV. When I do the check of everything is says it's fine when on but recognises a fault when not. NOTHING has changed in my house and no wires or machine have been moved. It just started

@trevanion

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them
