Given the recent wet weather some partial fibre lines may well be affected. If that applies the app may offer to book an engineers check. Openreach are reluctant td do much to sort dodgy copper lines so you might have to wait until il it sorts itself out.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If tgecspeed to the hub is correct then the issue is poor wifi in your home but thst should not have changed unless you have moved the device or hub.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
