      <title>Fibre not working since installed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky fibre installed on 4th November. &amp;nbsp;Didn't work the following day. &amp;nbsp;Seems to only want to work in the evening (although at less speed than guaranteed). Multiple calls to sky team. &amp;nbsp;City fibre &amp;nbsp;booked to come on 8th. &amp;nbsp;When called to check appointment told this is now cancelled and can't get out until 12th. &amp;nbsp;This will be one week since intallayion without internet in the daytime. How can I escallate this further and it is apauling service?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4258370"&gt;@Lee444&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;One OP did post that on the CF CityFibre connection and to a sky Hub, not sure which one a full Factory Reset off the sky Hub, kicked it all into life, but if i remember there was NO connection at all until it was done, and it was via a sky CS on a call at the same time?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Found the post and have linked it below!
