&lt;P&gt;That's correct: in this case Sky is the ISP and CityFibre is the network maintainer, so faults are logged with Sky for CityFibre attention.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The same would be the case for Sky broadband over an Openreach circuit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
