@Courty- several possible causes so check if other devices connect to the hub when near the playstation. If they do check the playstation's network settings and set them to get the details automatically from the hub. If thry dont the WiFi signal is insufficent.

Playstations need a decent connection to be usable so if the wifi signal is low in the room it is in consider getting a booster or better buy a powerline networking kit thst uses the mains cabling to carry data.

I am having a similar issue with my playstation as of this week. Nothing has changed in my usage or positioning of router.

Speed test on devices differs massively, download speed is fine, upload speed on the playstation is abysmal and I think that's the issue but I don't know how to fix. Any suggestions massively appreciated?
