Yes I had checked everything on my sky and it was all coming back saying everything was fine and working and there was no outages, so reset the hub which was on four green lights after reset I had 3 green lights and amber light on voice so went back to old faithful of switching it all of at the wall and waiting 5 minutes then turning all back on it now seems to all be working ok, possible hub update upset it all.

@Wulfric1

There are multiple posts from people on here with the same issues as you so there does appear to be an outage.

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
