When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. Hopefully it'll be back up and running before 7am.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Oh my, my.....how clever you sound and easy you make it apear to be. I struggled with the system, but felt more like tripping over my toes with this. I am such a techno phobe, I am hesitant to try anything to resolve it, fearing to increase the fault instead. But, I appreciate how others reach out to assist in any way. many thanks, jaggers

@1jaggers1 Have you managed to change over to the white sky Max hub as yet, that is supposed to make it easier for the likes to check via the mobile app what is going on, although it does not always get it correct!
