I work from home using Teams to communicate with customers and colleagues. SInce joining Sky from Virgin I am unable to have a Teams call using video, I have to ask everyone to turn camera's off for Teams to stop glitching.

When I run a speedchecker using Fast.com I get results varying from 4.2 Mbps to 650kps, however Sky claim there are no issues when they remotely check using the Sky Service Checker.

I am paying for 500Mbps service, how do I get Sky to acknowledge a problem and help me?
