I'm not sure if you have so if you haven't try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Connection Dropping.

I am constantly getting connection dropping and slow Internet connection messages. The connection drops around 2-3 times per hour while I am gaming. Waiting for reconnection can take upto 10 minutes. The problem seems to be getting worse and even though the speed and WiFi tests say everything is good it still continues to drop. I know there is an issue somewhere as I never once had this issue with TalkTalk. I have followed all the recommendations regarding router positioning and it is now sitting in the middle of my room approx 4 feet away from my Tablet etc and it still drops and gives a slow Internet connection message. I need help please.
