&lt;P&gt;The first can be seen as the lights on the hub will change see&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start. &lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Line issues need reporting to Sky which depending on the frequency they can get Openreach to check the line.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the lights on the hub dont change the issue is likely to be poor wifi in your hime which may require aa booster or similar,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
