&lt;P&gt;This will need reporting to Sky so try running the line test here to see if it detects this fault:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Openreach Modem PON light red</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have no internet and the light is red for POM on my openreach modem. After some online googling this issue is apparently due to a network connection breaking however due to the time of day I am unable to get sky to investigate where the connectipn failure is. Any help would be appreciated thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
