Missing broadband hub

My broadband hub was delivered to my address whilst I was away and left in a "safe space" by the delivery company and is now not where they said it was. I have asked neighbours if they have it and they don't.
it says on the delivery info page that it had to be signed for which is clearly hasn't. I now can't set my broadband up because I don't have a hub. I can't find anywhere I can request a replacement, any advice would be appreciated!

You'll need to contact Sky. Was this for a new activation?

Hubs for new activations are normally dispatched via Royal Mail to arrive a few days prior to the activation date.

Once sent out you can usually track its progress. The postie will usually leave it hidden if no one is in. You don't need to sign for it.
