Getting really frustrated here. I came home to a power cut. And it appears to have messed up my sky internet. I've restarte my sky max hub multiple times. I've restarted my ONT as well, and even did the factory reset with the small button on the side. Power, PON and LAN are all green. Yet my sky max hub keeps flashing green. The broadband service checker is completely useless as well, as it says that my internet isn't working, I click let's fix it, it does the check and then says 'oops that didn't work, try again later' with absolutely no other option to call an engineer or request help in any other way. Really disappointing from such a big company, really doesn't seem like they are keen to make it easy to help customers resolve their issues but are happy to take their money.. please help ASAP.

If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
