      <description>&lt;P&gt;Broadband not working. I have run the checks and sky are telling me everything is working fine. It is clearly not, as I am typing this I am using my phones 5g because nothing will load using sky broadband.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My xbox won't connect and says there must be an outage - Can somebody at Sky please look into what's going on because clearly im not the only one and it's definitely not working and neither is your service checker!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine is down for the 3rd time in 24 hrs. On the service checker it says outage in my area. Don't know if you're having the same use&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
