The ONT was installed in a corner behind our TV, and we were advised by the engineer that the router could go behind the tv. We spoke to sky this evening who have advised that the router needs to be 1ft away from the ONT and any electrical items which could deflect the signal. We've since done this, but still the internet is dropping frequently. The 'internet' and 'voice' lights turn off and then it takes about 3 mins to fix itself.
