Hi all

I have tried to speak to someone at Sky but as ever basically impossible so hoping to get some help here-

I have sky broadband, a couple of wifi boosters and sky q box but still have a poor wifi spot in one part of the house - where i have to work!

I have done all the usual steps but think it's simply a case of getting another extender. How I go about getting one from Sky is unclear and I wouldn't really expect to pay for it given how much I pay every month anyway.

Any tips really appreciated. I have been told that buying a non sky extender or booster product may not work...
