Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Sky Wi-Fi has been out since 24th October and came back on briefly for couple hours on 29th. Im now out of Wi-Fi again but saying it's all good and no problems yet there's only two lights on my Wi-Fi box. I've had to use all my mobile data as I can't use my Wi-Fi and all they seem to say is 24-48hours well if it drops again, I'll be looking for better service

Of course of done the steps, had some one from sky telling me it's the router, it's not, been told it will be back on in two day over and over. [removed] im still paying bills, but not receiving service, yet being given the runaround from them. Over a week now still no Wi-Fi[removed]. it's been reset, unplugged, different router and done multiple tests. 24th October was the last day I had proper connection. Keep being told will be sorted please give us 24-48 hours. Well come 4th still not on will be terminating my services from sky as been with them for nearly 10 years and means nothing to them. New customers get better deals
