The hub is designed to reconnect on its own which you can see by the lights on the hub changing see&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if the lights stay the same during one of these events then the hub is connected but the data flow is briefly interupted. If only one device is affected it is most likely an issue with the network connection on that device such as a dodgy wifi connection causing loss of a packet of data causing an issue until thst is resent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1982186"&gt;@jimag47&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Depending on the sky hub you have, if you are getting wan micro drop issues they may be recorded in the hub log, you do need to go look at the hub via the web manger to see the log though, NOT sure if it can be got to on a sky Max or later model's!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
